He specialises in shaping and delivering large scale programmes focusing on leadership coaching & capability development, stakeholder planning, strategic communications and the role of the individual in driving behavioural change.
Rich works with senior leaders to help them select the right change approach for them to achieve their stated goals, depending on their culture, geographic location, change track record and business maturity. Essentially, what do we need to do here, and now.
Prior to setting up his consulting business, Planning Change Ltd., in 2011 - Rich worked in various Management Consulting Firms with previous clients including Travelex Global, SOCA, Diageo, HP and Skandia Insurance.
